When you send an enquiry, the site receives your name, email address, message and any phone number, company or service details you choose to include. Live chat stores messages, contact details you submit, conversation timestamps and any attachments you upload so the conversation can continue. Please do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.
3. Technical information and browser storage
Hosting and security systems may process IP addresses, browser information, request times and error logs. Enquiries can include the referring page, page URL and campaign parameters to identify where a request came from. A security hash of your IP address may be recorded when configured. Your selected light or dark appearance is saved in browser local storage. Live chat uses an essential visitor cookie, lasting up to 90 days, to recognise your conversation. Dashboard and client sign-in use session cookies.
4. How information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, discuss and deliver requested services, maintain conversation history, manage client relationships, identify enquiry sources and protect the website against misuse. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
5. AI assistant and external embeds
If you use Yuvi when its online AI service is enabled, your question and recent conversation context are sent to Google Gemini to generate an answer. Avoid submitting confidential information. Figma embeds connect directly to Figma and may receive your IP address, browser details and their own cookies when they load. External sites and services apply their own privacy policies. 6. Service providers and disclosures
Hosting, email and configured AI providers process information needed to operate their services; processing may occur outside India. Access to stored enquiries and chats is limited to authorised people managing the website and client work. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or to investigate abuse and protect legal rights.
7. Retention and security
Enquiries and conversations are retained as needed for correspondence, project work, record keeping and resolving disputes. Actual retention depends on the type of record and applicable obligations; backups may retain copies after deletion from active systems. Reasonable access and security controls are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and requests
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, raise a privacy concern, or withdraw consent for future consent-based processing by emailing the address above. Include enough information to identify your enquiry; identity verification may be needed. Requests are handled subject to applicable law and required record retention. You can clear or block browser storage, although this may reset your appearance preference or prevent access to earlier chats.
